We're looking for a skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lead generation and customer acquisition specifically for software development services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, marketing expertise, and the ability to present and sell technical services to a global audience.
The candidate can work remotely if they are unable to relocate to Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, generate, and procure new business opportunities globally within the software development industry.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industries, and clients.
• Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals for web, mobile, and AI-based software development projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle, emerging technologies, and AI-based solutions to confidently communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead and manage marketing initiatives across social media and other platforms to promote Ranium Systems’ services and expand brand awareness.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Qualifications:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or lead generation in the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of web, mobile, and AI-based software development.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common project management methodologies.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and marketing skills.
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience in global markets and working with international clients is highly desirable.
• Technical knowledge and background in IT/software development.
